Summer Learning

This summer, students across the ºÚÁÏ´«ËÍÃÅ are invited to take part in two exciting and free summer learning programs designed to inspire curiosity, connection, and growth:

🌞 1. Summer Learning Camps

Our Summer Learning Camps offer students a chance to continue learning in a fun, face-to-face environment. With a focus on health and wellness, outdoor exploration, and supportive learning, these camps provide rich and meaningful experiences tailored to the unique strengths of each community. Students will enjoy hands-on activities, make new friends, and develop skills in a relaxed and engaging setting—all while spending time in the beautiful natural spaces that surround our schools.

🌿 2. Anishinaabemowin Immersion Camps

The Anishinaabemowin Immersion Camps are a unique opportunity for children ages 4–9 to experience the Anishinaabemowin language and culture in a welcoming and immersive environment. Through storytelling, games, traditional activities, and land-based learning, campers will strengthen their connection to language and identity.

  • Nipigon: July 7–11, 2025

  • Geraldton: July 14–18, 2025

These camps are made possible through meaningful community partnerships and are an important part of our commitment to language revitalization and cultural learning.

Whether your child is exploring the outdoors, diving into wellness activities, or learning Anishinaabemowin through culture and community, our summer programs are designed to support joyful learning and personal growth.
